The story of the house begins with Anek and Chanthana Traiwas. Born in Lopburi, Thailand, Anek served as a paratrooper in the Royal Thai Army Special Warfare Command. He was a highly decorated soldier who earned top awards for his service before retiring from military life. He met Chanthana in Bangkok while she was working in a beauty boutique. She had a natural grace that defined her. They raised three sons, including Veera Traiwas.

The look of TRAIWAS comes from watching them. In 2018, Anek started experimenting with his own clothing, dressing with a specific confidence that inspired Veera. Chanthana also had a timeless elegance from her years in the beauty industry that influenced the family. Their sense of style was about identity and being yourself. This shaped Veera Traiwas to create a brand rooted in their grace and independence.
