Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Original Receipt and Credit Card Slip are needed for every product exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase in any TRAIWAS store.
2. Please remember that exchanges can be processed in different TRAIWAS stores within the same country.
3. Refunds can be processed only in the same TRAIWAS store where the customer purchased the item.
4. The product price tag or information tag must be preserved intact.
5. The product needs to be kept clean and without any defective or damaged as it's originally purchased condition.
6. TRAIWAS Stores do not accept exchange and refunds for the below categories and situations:
i) Accessories;
ii) Shoes;
iii) On Sale & Promotion Items;
iv) Any product that has been purchased in different countries;
7. The refund will be returned to the customer via the same payment method, and the refund time needs to refer to the processing time of the relevant bank or payment institution.
