Exchange & Refund Policy

A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all exchanges or refunds on in-stock / ready-to-ship items within 30 days from the date of purchase on TRAIWAS.COM

To request an exchange or return, please visit: www.traiwas.com/returns and complete the return form.

Please note that TRAIWAS currently operates exclusively online and does not have a physical store location.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the processing times of your bank or payment provider.

Return Conditions

All returns must:

  • Have the original product tags and information labels attached and intact.

  • Be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from damage.

  • Be returned in the same condition in which they were originally received.

Depending on the design, some TRAIWAS garments may feature printed interior labels instead of woven labels.

Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date and must be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange.

These include:

  • Made-to-order items, including products produced through print-on-demand manufacturing after an order is placed.

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, including but not limited to face masks.

Made-to-order items are produced specifically for each customer once the order is confirmed. For this reason, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
