Standard Shipping (Free)
Delivered within 5-7 business days from the order’s ship date.
Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, depending on product availability.
Orders with engraving or gift wrap may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing.
Orders destined for P.O. Boxes and known freight forwarders will be delivered within 6–14 business days from the order’s ship date.
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
2nd Day Shipping (15 Dollars)
Delivered within 2–3 business days from the order’s ship date.
Orders placed before 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability.
Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for 2nd Day Shipping.
This service is available only for products that are not made to order.

Overnight Shipping (25 Dollars)
Delivered within 1 business day from the order’s ship date.
Orders placed before 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.
All orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Additional notes:
A signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight and Second Day shipments.
Expedited orders containing regulated transport items may require additional handling and may ship the next business day.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
Some TRAIWAS fashion items are produced using print-on-demand manufacturing, which may result in longer processing times.
Production time: 7–14 business days or less, depending on the products, design and materials
Once your item has been produced and shipped from our production facility, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout and the shipment is returned to our facility, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that remain unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require a reshipment fee. The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the updated address.
If you place an order on TRAIWAS.com without creating an account and providing complete contact and billing information, any order returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the shipment will not be eligible for reshipment and will not be refunded. In such cases, the items may be donated to charity.
