SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMEFRAMES 

Standard Shipping (Free)

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date. Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, depending on product availability. Please note that orders with engraving or gift wrap may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes and known freight forwarders will be delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date. Please note: All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

2nd Day Shipping ($15)

Orders shipped via 2nd Day Shipping are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. 2nd Day orders placed by 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability. Please note: All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for 2nd Day Shipping.

Overnight Shipping ($25)

Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders placed by 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability. Please note: All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.

We cannot ship orders to locations outside the United States and its territories at this time.

Shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times. Please note, Overnight Service may not be available for some remote destinations.

A signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight and Second Day shipments. Expedited orders containing products that are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped on the next business day. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.

HOLIDAYS

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If your order is placed after the shipping cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.  

Our distribution centers are closed on the following U.S. holidays and orders won't be processed on these days:

  • New Year's Day

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • President's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Juneteenth

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Columbus Day

  • Veteran's Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas

Some TRAIWAS fashion items are made using print-on-demand production, which can occasionally result in longer processing times. Production may take 7–14 business days.

Once your item has been produced and is ready to ship, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

If you haven't registered an account on traiwas.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

TRAIWAS does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Exchange & Refund Policy

  1. Original Receipt and Credit Card Slip are needed for every product exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase in any TRAIWAS store.

  2. Please remember that exchanges can be processed in different TRAIWAS stores within the same country.

  3. Refunds can be processed only in the same TRAIWAS store where the customer purchased the item.

  4. The product price tag or information tag must be preserved intact.

  5. The product needs to be kept clean and without any defective or damaged as it's originally purchased condition.

  6. The refund will be returned to the customer via the same payment method, and the refund time needs to refer to the processing time of the relevant bank or payment institution.
